Adult Sunday School & Shepherding Groups
FBC offers shepherding groups on Sundays and throughout the week for the purpose of glorifying God while building long-lasting relationships with other believers. These small groups each have a different study, and also engage in fellowship through activities outside of their specified meeting times. Most shepherding groups meet September through May, but some groups meet throughout the summer as well. Call the church office with questions or for times and locations specific to this season.
FBC provides Bible studies, prayer groups, and fellowship activities for men, as well as a basketball league during the fall and winter and a softball team during the spring and summer. Call the office for more info.
FBC offers women a variety of opportunities for women to grow spiritually through study, prayer, worship, outreach and fellowship activities. Specifically, we have a morning and evening women's Bible study, a fall dinner event in our homes, a spring banquet featuring a speaker, and several events connected to IF:Gathering, including IF:Pray. Contact our women's ministry coordinator, Julie Rhule at firstname.lastname@example.org, or contact the main office, for more information.
The college/career-age group of young adults currently meets on Mondays at Pastor Steve's home at 7:00pm. The group studies God’s word in an endeavor to discover its practical application of unity through Christ. Some of the goals of the group are to be involved in short-term missions, provide fellowship and be of service to the community. “I appeal to you brothers, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be united in the same mind and the same judgment.” — I Corinthians 1:10
